Instructions:
1. Stretch the clear balloon first to better inflate it to it's roundness
2. Inflate balloon fully and tie off neck to seal
3. Tie end of led light strand to end of neck.
4. Wrap led light strand around balloon - use included adhesive every 9-12" if needed. 
5. Use the left over strand to go around the neck and used for the tail.
